Five Stage Pre-treatment:
We prepare all substrates for coating by completing a full five stage pre-treatment process. These stages include cleaning, rinsing, surface conditioning, phosphating (or conversion coating), and final rinsing. This thorough pre-treatment ensures proper adhesion of the powder coating and enhances corrosion resistance.
Low Bake Powder:
Utilising low bake powder enables us to operate at lower temperatures, normally 160 degrees (Celsius) compared with 180 in most other facilities. This lower temperature enables us to reduce energy consumption and minimise thermal distortion.
Effluent plant:
An effluent plant enables us to treat waste water on site, removing contaminants and returning the water to a level of purity at which it can be discharged safely without further treatment.
